4 Healthy and fresh smoothies for summer

What could be better than a smoothie with rolled oats for breakfast or a nutritious and healthy summer snack? I suggest you discover 4 different recipes, each one as delicious as the other.




1) Peach smoothie


For 1 large or 2 small smoothies:

- 100 ml oat milk (or other plant-based milk)

- 30 g of Turtle Organic and Gluten Free Rolled Oats

- 1 large peach (about 80g)

- 1 dried apricot (or more for a sweeter smoothie)

- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- A pinch of cinnamon


Optional:

- Ice cubes

- 1 tbsp Pure Hazelnut Butter Turtle

- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter Turtle


Using a blender or mixer, pour in the following order: rolled oats, chopped peach and apricot, oat milk and vanilla (and any optional ingredients you wish). Blend hard for about 1.5 to 2 minutes. If desired, add milk for a more liquid consistency. Enjoy!


2) Breakfast Smoothie with coffee




For 1 large smootie or 2 small smoothies:

- 200 ml plant based milk

- 1 banana

- 1 espresso coffee

- 30g of Turtle Organic and Gluten Free Rolled Oats

- 2-3 dates

- 1 tbsp of low fat cocoa

- A pinch of ground cinnamon
