4 recipes for a Easter brunch

Easter weekend is knocking on our door, it's time to ask ourselves what we're going to make to eat for the occasion. Of course, there are chocolate eggs but not only that, other foods deserve to be on your table as well. Here are 4 inspiring breakfasts for a gourmet Easter table.

Roasted Banana Porridge

Put the Turtle 6 Seeds porridge and rice milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat and stir until the milk is completely absorbed by the porridge. Pour the mixture into a bowl. For the banana, cut it into 1cm slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the banana very quickly until it turns golden. Place the banana, granola and Easter chocolate on your porridge. Enjoy!

When chocolate meets fresh fruit

Place Turtle Chocolate & Banana Porridge and almond milk in a saucepan. Once boiling, lower the heat and stir until all the milk has been absorbed by the porridge. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

To prepare the topping, cut the strawberries in half and place them on the porridge. Then add the spoonful of granola. You can also add a little touch of Easter with the chocolate eggs.


Easter overnight porridge

Prepare the chia pudding the day before breakfast by mixing 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 60 cl of fresh fruit juice in a cup. In another bowl, mix Turtle's "Fibre" porridge and plant milk. Put both mixtures in the fridge overnight. The next morning, you'll have breakfast ready in no time! Pour the chia pudding over the porridge. Slice the banana and add the spoonful of peanut butter and granola. Small chocolate eggs can be added to the porridge.


Frozen summer fruit porridge

  • 50 g Turtle Rolled oats organic and gluten free

  • 180 ml plant milk

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 4 tbsp of frozen fruit

  • 1 chocolate egg Cut the banana in half. Mash half with a fork and slice the other half. Bring the Turtle Classic Gluten Free Porridge, rice milk and mashed banana to a boil in a saucepan. When the mixture is boiling, lower the heat and stir occasionally until the milk is absorbed. Pour into a bowl and top with the banana slices and frozen fruit. The combination of tart fruit and sweet porridge is great! For an extra treat, add small chocolate eggs.
