You know the mug cake? Today the trend is towards bowlcake. This small cake in the shape of an upside down bowl for breakfast is a big success. It is simple to make, healthy, and comforting like a cake.
To make this breakfast cake you will need the essential bowls, your favorite turtle porridge and toppings to make it taste good.

1. Vegan and healthy recipe by @Laura_Healthy_Vega
1 c. Gluten free baking powder
½ mashed banana
Vanilla powder
45ml of vegetable milk
Toppings :
2 squares of chocolate
1 heaping teaspoon peanut butter
raw cacao nibs
½ banana slice
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl large enough to let the dough rise in the microwave, which you will cook for 5 minutes on full power. Let it rest for 5 minutes and then unmould it into the shape of a bowl cake. You can then decorate your porridge with the suggested toppings.
2. The fresh bowl cake! By @la_chtite_gourmande

40g of 6 seeds Turtle porridge
45 ml of almond milk
Chocolate chips
Coconut powder
1 egg
Strawberries, blueberries and banana
In a bowl, whisk the egg then add the porridge and almond milk. Mix the preparation with the porridge and heat in the microwave oven. Unmould and arrange the fruit, chocolate chips and finish with a sprinkling of coconut powder.
3. And the Raspberries! And the raspberries!

45 ml of Almond milk
5 grams of baking powder
1 egg
Raspberries
1 apple, sliced
Grated coconut
In a bowl, whisk the egg then add the porridge and almond milk. Mix the preparation with the porridge and heat in the microwave oven. Unmould, add the fruits and finish with a sprinkling of coconut powder.
