The sweetness of the hazelnut milk, the gingerbread spices and the freshness of the clementine, mixed together will be simply delicious for a snack or breakfast. A great way to start your day!
180ml hazelnut milk (or other)
Cut the banana in half and mash half with a fork.
In a saucepan, pour your flakes, the spices, the hazelnut milk and the mashed banana half.
Let it cook on high heat for 5min then lower the heat and stir constantly.
Add little by little the 150ml of water while mixing to obtain the desired texture. After 5min, the porridge should be cooked.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with clementine wedges and the remaining banana.
