French Toasts Healthy

Perfect for those mornings when you have time to make a nice brunch or breakfast. You'll love this healthy, tasty recipe that's easy to adapt to your tastes.

  • Slices of bread (wholemeal, cereal, gluten-free, brioche or other) 2 slices per person

  • 20ml plant-based milk of your choice (almond, oat, hazelnut)

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tbsp of greek yogurt

  • A handful of red fruits

  • 2 tbsp of Turtle Hazelnut Butter & Chocolate

  • Turtle Granola


In a bowl, mix together the milk and eggs. Dip your bread slices in the mixture and place them on a hot pan previously greased with a little butter or coconut oil. Once the slices are toasted, place them on a plate and put your toppings. Here, the spoonfuls of yogurt, your red fruits, the spread and granola.

It's ready, just enjoy!
