To start the day, to give a little boost in the middle of the afternoon, or simply as a treat, snacks are always present. These little snacks become, with porridge, your allies against hunger pangs, while remaining healthy, good and tasty.
Here are four recipes to teach you how to make these little daily pleasures yourself.
To enjoy at home or at the office without moderation

1 cup of 6-seed Turtle Porridge
2 ripe bananas
2 sweet pears
2 tbsp of rye flour
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
1 handful of ground Brazil nuts
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous paste, then place small piles on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 160°C.
Let rest a few minutes and enjoy!
