This greedy and melt-in-your-mouth recipe, will embellish your breakfasts, brunches and snacks with family and friends. Easy and quick to prepare, this is an original way to vary the pleasures with your Turtle Porridges!
100ml coconut cream
125ml vegetable milk (coconut or rice)
2 pitted dates
50g of chestnut flakes
Dark chocolate chips
Prepare the coconut-date sauce by mixing the 2 dates and the 100ml of coconut cream.
In a bowl, mix the Turtle Porridge, the 125ml of vegetable milk, a banana cut in pieces and the dark chocolate chips.
Add the coconut-date sauce and mix everything together.
Pour the mixture into a 15X15cm dish and flatten with a fork.
Cut the second banana lengthwise and place it on top of the mixture, pressing lightly.
Sprinkle the top with the chestnut flakes.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°.
Let cool for about ten minutes, you are ready to eat.
