This sauce is perfect as a dip for your vegetables,as a dressing for noodles or rice dishes and as a marinade for your protein sources, such as chicken or tofu.
- 2 tbsp Turtle Peanut Butter Smooth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white vinegar or lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Chili (optional) if you like it hot
Mix all ingredients well. Add a bit of water, if the sauce is too thick and stir until you get the right consistency.
If used as a marinade, leave for 1 hour before cooking.
