This vegan Banana Bread is the perfect recipe for your breakfasts with family or friends. Complete, healthy and balanced, easy to make and on top of that delicious, what more could you ask for?
3 Bananas (optional: 1 as a topping)
100 grams of Turtle Organic Gluten Free Rolled Oats
60 grams of semi wholemeal flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 sachet of yeast
50 grams of grated dark chocolate
1 handful of crushed hazelnuts
In a bowl, mash the 3 bananas and set aside the 4th (optional). Add the ingredients until you have a paste.
Then add a handful of hazelnuts on top. If you wish, add 1 banana cut lengthwise.
Pour the whole into a mold and bake for 1 hour at 150°C.
Check the cooking with a knife.
Mmmh your banana bread is ready!
